Second arrest made in shooting | 911

COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WECT) - Police in Fair Bluff have made another arrest in a shooting that happened last week near the intersection of Academy and Hamer streets.  

Timothy Riggins, 26, is charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of shooting into an occupied dwelling, one count of first degree burglary and one count of possession of a stolen firearm.

Last week, 19-year-old James Hemingway was arrested in connection to the crime.
