CHARGED: NC man arrested in Myrtle Beach | 911

TABOR CITY, NC (WECT) – Authorities in North Myrtle Beach arrested three young men accused of several armed robberies in Myrtle Beach and Horry County. One of those arrested is from Tabor City.

According to the police report, an officer spotted a vehicle with the accused men inside at a gas station on Highway 17. The officer said they purchased $4 in gas and then left.

The officer pulled over the vehicle down the road and saw the grip of a black pistol on the floor board. After further investigation, they also found a plastic bag full of cash.

Police arrested Markel Lamor Lewis, 21 of Tabor City, Terry Michael Gause Jr, 19 of Loris, and Jermaine Dyson, 23 of Loris.

They were charged with possession of schedule III drugs, unlawful carry of a firearm, and possession of stolen goods.
