COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WECT) – A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place Friday for the grand opening of Stanley's Discount, according to the Tabor City Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page.
The ribbon cutting will take place at noon, and food will be served.
