TABOR CITY, NC (WECT) - A man from Tabor City faces a misdemeanor charge of secret peeping after an incident at a local grocery store.
Tabor City Police arrested Darryl Clark, 40, on March 25th at his home.
According to an incident report, Clark is accused of photographing female workers at the IGA store in town. On one occasion, someone who works at the store took video of Clark going into a restroom after a female entered and then looking through a crack that was exposed in the door by moving a lock to one side.
The female victim is unidentified, according to the report, but is believed to be a friend of one of the cashiers at the store.
Clark was given a $5,000 unsecured bond.
