Columbus Co. man faces charges for credit card theft | News
COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WECT) - A man in Columbus County who's already facing charges for stealing a credit card in South Carolina could face even more trouble.
According to police in Tabor City, Terry Lee Phipps is in jail after he made purchases with a stolen credit card.
Phipps is also accused of stealing a ring from someone in his family in Tabor City and pawning it in SC.
Police plan to issue warrants for that incident.
