Town hiring landscaper to keep town looking nice | News

CHADBOURN, NC (WECT) - The grass may actually be greener in Chadbourn, literally. Town leaders are hiring
a landscaper to keep the flowers and grass looking fresh on town property.

Town officials say a
lot of people drive through Chadbourn going to Myrtle Beach and it's important
they keep it looking nice.

The town will pay the
company a little more than $7,000.

The town's contract with the service will expire after this year's
budget ends, which is in June.
